Holiday orders must be finalized (that means items chosen, customizations - box design, card design, branded items approved, and invoice paid) by November 22nd, 2024. We recommend placing orders in early November to leave room for design confirmations.

We prioritize working with small businesses, so it’s important that orders are placed well in advance to ensure that your favourite items are in stock! All holiday orders will be shipped from our warehouse by December 9th, which will ensure that your recipients will have them for the week leading up to Christmas.

We ship globally. Our distribution partnerships can get your gifts wherever you need them, anywhere in the world!

If your gifts are all being shipped within Canada, the cost to ship is $12CAD per gift. If your gifts are being shipped within the continental USA, the cost is $9USD per gift. International shipping to countries outside of Canada and the United States are charged back at cost at the time of shipping.

International orders may take longer to ship, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. Chat with a gifting expert about the countries you are shipping to to learn about any country-specific item restrictions

Each gift comes in a Gift Better Co. mailer by default, but the box that can be completely customized to your liking. Spruce up one of our pre-made designs with your brand colours and logo, or work with your creative team to design a box from scratch!

A holiday card comes with each gift and can be customized to include a special message from your company to recipients. This message can be a maximum of 180 characters.

After placing your order, our gift design team will send custom mock ups for the branded card, custom mailer box, and card to get your feedback to ensure everything is perfect before heading into production.

Yes! Each gift comes with a card that includes your custom design and 180 character message. It also includes an impact statement explaining how the gift supported a charitable cause. Your team can choose from one of six charities to support with every gift. At the bottom of each custom card, a “this gift gives back” statement explains the donation, leaving the recipient feeling those warm and fuzzy feelings.

Our design team has already created holiday card designs for you to choose from, but you can design your own as well!

If you see a gift that you love, fill out a contact form so that we can start finalizing your order right away. We’ll swap out any items you’d like to create the perfect gift, and then we’ll work with you to customize the gift to your liking. You’ll receive mock ups of all the custom elements to ensure the design is good to go!

Yes! Once gifts are shipped out, you’ll get access to tracking so that you can monitor when they get delivered. We’ll also monitor each delivery to ensure that each gift arrives on time!

No problem! We’ll create a custom landing page (for free!) that you can send to any gift recipients to get their most up-to-date shipping information. This is especially helpful during the holiday season, when people are traveling frequently and offices have holiday closures.
